Rob Perlman is President and CEO of WorldWide Digital Media, Inc.
Mr. Perlman is also Chairman of the Board of Resource World Inc. a consulting business specializing in marketing new technologies and services. Mr. Perlman has over 25 years experience in management, publishing, sales and marketing with the last decade largely focused on Internet based services and digital media. Rob holds a degree from Harvard University.
Jeffrey M. Aresty is Counsel of WorldWide Digital Media, Inc.
Mr. Aresty is a lawyer in Boston, Massachusetts and has been involved in international business law and the role of technology in the transformation of the practice of law for almost three decades. Jeff co-edited two books on cross cultural influence in international business and e-commerce for the ABA, titled ³The ABA Guide to International Business Negotiations² and have produced several articles on the technical, legal and practical implications of the practice of law in cyberspace. Jeff holds degrees in law (1976), masters of laws degrees in taxation (1979) and international banking (1993) from Boston University Law School, and has completed training as an international commercial arbitrator.
